When will my benefits be effective?
Health, dental, vision, flex spending and life coverage are effective the first day of the month following employment. If you are eligible to participate in these benefits, you must complete enrollment forms and the forms must be received in the Human Resources department by the due date.
What benefits do I qualify for?

Depending on your employment status you may be eligible for the following benefits:

If you are eligible for these benefits enrollment is not automatic; however you will want to complete a beneficiary form for life insurance

Can I roll money from another plan into the 403(b)/401(K) savings plan?
Yes, if the other plan is an employer sponsored qualified plan and consists only of pre-tax dollars and tax deferred dollars—salary deferrals, earnings and employer contributions. However, you must enroll in the 403(b)/401(k) retirement savings plan before we can accept a roll over.
