Auxiliary Scholarships for Students

With more than $343,000 in scholarships already awarded, the Carle Foundation Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship Committee rewards exceptional students pursuing healthcare careers.

The Auxiliary Scholarship awards $1,000 per year to full-time students enrolled in an approved healthcare field. Applicants must reapply each year; however, applicants can be awarded a scholarship at most two times.

Deadline

Completed applications must be submitted by April 1.The committee will review all applications and interview the selected finalists. Scholarship awards will be announced by the last week of April.

Applicants must submit:

• A completed application form either through postal mail or electronically to Volunteer.Services@carle.com
• Three letters of recommendation complete with a scholarship reference form
• All transcripts
• Verification of acceptance to an approved health care curriculum
• A personal statement of the applicant's professional goals and qualifications for his or her chosen profession
