Teen volunteers

Our summer volunteer program for teens is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the medical field. High school students age 14 and older are eligible to participate. For a full list of departments accepting volunteers, please view the clinical opportunity descriptions. The application deadline for the teen program is April 15 at 5 p.m.

Please use this form for a list of required and recommended immunizations. In addition to an application, students seeking to volunteer should gather immunization records.
