Confidentiality

At Carle Addiction Recovery Center, maintaining confidentiality of protected health information is our priority. All health information is kept strictly confidential in medical records that are separate from other Carle records and records from other facilities.

If you are seeking medical records for you or a family member, Carle requires a written request to authorize a record release. The authorization will expire 90 days from the date signed unless otherwise specified.
