For more than 20 years, Carle has advanced medicine by offering patients access to treatment options known as clinical trials. These research initiatives offer new insight into how to combat a disease, demonstrate new ways of thinking about treatment, and possible cures. Other clinical trials target treatment side effects and cancer prevention.

Currently, Carle is participating in more than 100 clinical trials for a variety of conditions. Our clinical trials are coordinated by two separate areas: the Cancer Center Research and the Research Institute - Clinical Trials.
