Weight Loss Programs
Carle Weight Management partners with Health Management Resources (HMR) to incorporate healthy and delicious meals into your weight loss plans. Our weight loss programs are designed with you in mind, offering variety to meet your unique and individual goals. Our programs fall under two categories: weight loss and weight management maintenance. Our highly trained staff of dieticians will help you determine which program is best for you.

- Monday: 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.

PHASE 1 - WEIGHT LOSS
Medically supervised Decision-Free™ diets
Medically supervised program designed to help you establish a low calorie diet with lifestyle changes. This option utilizes the HMR meal replacements only. It is ideal for those wanting to lose 30 pounds or more, or for those who have weight-related health issues requiring medical monitoring.
Healthy Solutions®
For those interested in losing a moderate amount of weight, this non-medically supervised program supplements HMR® shakes and entrees with fruits and vegetables to maintain a minimum of 1200-calories a day diet.
HMR at Home® Diet Kits
Coming into our facility may not be possible or even undesirable for many people who are trying to lose weight. That’s why our self-directed At Home ®Diet Kits are designed to help you lose weight entirely on your own.
With our quality meal replacements and program materials, this option makes it possible for virtually anyone to lose weight. Our kits provide easy access to science driven, outcome-based treatment as opposed to ineffective, fad diets.
Specifically, the Healthy Solutions® Quick Start Diet Kit and HMR Healthy Shakes™ Diet Kit include all the food, support materials and detailed “how to’s” on losing weight quickly using HMR’s proven weight loss principles. These kits are specially designed to produce moderate weight loss in the first few weeks to establish momentum, to help you lose more weight overall.
PHASE 2 - MAINTENANCE
Weight Management Maintenance
If you’re tired of up-and-down weight loss, take part in our long-term weight maintenance program. This program improves your chances for keeping the weight off by teaching you proper meal management and lifestyle habits. Our class, Lifestyle Weight Management is open to those who have previously participated in another Carle Weight Management program.
