Locations

Services are available at the following locations. All levels of service may not be available at all locations.

Expanding Children’s Hearing Opportunities is located directly west of Carle’s main campus at 805 W. Park Street, Urbana.

When visiting our facility, patient parking is available in the lot directly across from our main entrance on Park Street.
