Interactive Procedure Education

Feeling nervous about your upcoming procedure? Finding it hard to manage your chronic condition? Many patients have the same concerns. When you are considering or are scheduled for a procedure, your Carle provider may issue you a unique code to access an interactive program called Emmi that will help educate you about the procedure and what you can expect.

You can view the information at your own pace, with the ability to pause and rewind.  At the end of the program, you can print a summary of the information along with any questions for follow-up discussion with your provider.

You can view the Emmi Anesthesia program without receiving an access code from your doctor. Just click to view the Emmi Anesthesia program or the Patient Safety program, and fill out the required information to begin viewing the program.
