Carle Foundation Hospital names new pharmacy supervisor at Carle RxExpress in Danville

John Bodensteiner, of Danville, was recently named pharmacy supervisor at Carle RxExpress in Danville. He previously was a pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy in Danville, where he retired after 38 years of service.

He earned his degree in pharmacy from North Dakota State University, and has been a member of the American Businessmen's Club since 1975.

Bodensteiner obtained a certification in master gardening from the University of Illinois in 1993. He regularly appears on the "Illinois Gardener," a Public Broadcasting Service program that airs on WILL-TV/Channel 12 in Danville. He also appears on the "Master Gardeners Show," a weekly radio broadcast that airs on WDAN/1490.  

Bodensteiner's wife, Bonnie, is a teacher at Bismarck-Henning Elementary School. The couple has three children.
