Patient Satisfaction at Carle
Carle welcomes and encourages customer service feedback. All patients have the opportunity to let us know how we're doing through a patient satisfaction survey sent shortly after discharge. In addition to our own scores, we compare results to national averages to see how we compare with similar hospitals around the country.
