Student Nurse Internship - Summer 2009

The Carle Foundation Hospital Student Nurse Internship Program starts May 18, 2009 and ends July 25, 2009. To be fully considered in the first round of interviews, the complete application packet and all required supporting documents must be received by February 9, 2009.  The application review process will begin after February 9, 2009.  In order to be fully considered for the internship program students much be available for the entire orientation, which is May 18, 2009 thru May 22, 2009. Carle Foundation Hospital Student Nurse Internship Program at a Glance…

• Student nurse intern the summer before your senior (final) year of nursing school.
• 10-week paid program.
• Gain skills and confidence you’ll need with support and guidance from skilled and experienced clinicians.
• Competitive program requirements include evaluative interview & instructor recommendations.
• Student nurse internships available in most nursing units.

Application packets will be available the first week in December in the nursing office at your college, or send your name and mailing address to foundation.hr@carle.com and we will send you a packet when they are ready for distribution.
