The Carle Foundation Hospital Auxiliary Scholarships
- $1,000 per year to full-time students enrolled in an approved health care field.
Center for Athletic Injury Research (CAIR) Scholarships
- $1,000 per year to full-time students.
Enrolled in healthcare fields – Athletic Training, Nursing, Pre-med, Physical Therapy and Sports Psychology. Applicants must be residents of specific counties, see application for details.
Announcement
Scholarship awards will be announced by the third week of May.
Renewal
Applicants must reapply each year.
Limitation
Applicants can be awarded each scholarship at most two times.
Deadline
Completed applications must be submitted by April 1. A completed application must include all transcripts, recommendations, verification of acceptance letter and the applicant’s personal statement. The committee will review all applications and interview the selected finalists.
Completed Applications Must Have:
- A completed application form.
- Three letters of recommendation.
- All transcripts.
- Verification of acceptance to an approved health care curriculum.
- A personal statement of the applicant’s professional goals and qualifications for his or her chosen profession.

The Carle Foundation Hospital Auxiliary is a dedicated group of volunteers who support staff, patients and their families by providing services and financial support. 25 percent of the profits from the Gift Shop are designated for scholarships.
