Parking

There are several convenient parking locations for patients and visitors of Carle Foundation Hospital.  Continue below for the locations, costs and hours of operation.

Parking Deck

The primary parking deck is located just off of University Avenue on the East side of the Carle Foundation Hospital campus.  The deck features six levels of parking to accommodate cars, vans and SUVs.  The deck is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  An attendent is on duty from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m.  While an attendent is on duty, the following fees apply.

• First half hour:  FREE
• 1 Hour: $1
• 1 - 2 Hours: $1.50
• 2 - 6 Hours: $2.25
• 6 - 12 Hours: $3.75
• 12 - 24 Hours: $4.50

Carle/Champaign County Fairgrounds Lot

In addition to the parking deck, there is free parking available at the Carle lot to the North of the main campus (between Crystal Lake Park and the Champaign County Fairgrounds).  There is a shuttle that runs regularly between this lot and the main campus buildings

City of Urbana Metered Parking

The streets in and around the Carle Foundation Hospital include metered parking spaces that are operated by the City of Urbana.  Meters are 75 cents per hour with a two hour maximum.
