Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

*Kim Winston is amazing. She is friendly, knowledgeable and has made ... less scary.

The provider showed no empathy for my concerns during the appointment. The provider contradicted herself several times. It was the worst experience I have had with a Carle provider in the ... years I have been a patient there!
