Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

*Dr. Jung is very strict as my medication goes and so thoughtful of my well-being - the is wonderful.
Very busy this visit follow-up & what we were doing was a little chaotic.
I needed to transfer care to ....& provider was very helpful in assisting me to do this.
The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to physician related questions on our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
I have total faith in *Dr. Jung.
Dr. Jung and his office are great.
*Dr. Jung is very abrupt, and while he had the intake form I filled out, he consulted it rarely. Although he likely is a competent physician, he has a terrible - almost INSULTING - bedside manner. No Carle doctor should behave in each a discourteous manner.
Dr. Jung is a very good doctor. ...
My caregiver is a very good doctor!
*Dr. Jung has been great helping me...and with his approach at treating me. I trust *Dr. Jung completely. I ...feel very lucky to have *Dr. Jung caring for me now.
I totally trust my dr. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to meet him -
He was rude and did not listen to anything I had to say.
*Dr. Jung is highly qualified. The trust level is there.
Very likely recommended.
*Dr. Jung is by far the best dr. I have seen at Carle!!
He knows how to do procedures, but I felt that he spent no time at all on diagnosis of what to do, what could be causing ... He was SO rushed I felt like crying because he was so rushed...... I tried to slow him down, and he sighed and I tried to explain that it was difficult for me ...
I have told several people about doctor Jung and I know some have went to him
