I have a great trust in *Dr. Dallas. I feel that she does everything that she can to help me get healthier. She listens closely and respectful to any questions or ideas that I have.
She's young and I think she'll be ok.
Dr. Dallas is excellent. Recognized that I was experiencing a sporadic condition while I was in the office. Began attempting to determine cause. Identified the issue and established a care plan for the next few months.
The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to physician related questions on our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
I really appreciated that dr Dallas was on time with this appointment. That was a big improvement! [...] For this visit i had two problems I wished to discuss with Dr Dallas. Dr Dallas listens politely and kindly and then pretty much blows you off. Now i do this, I mean i say to myself 'don't worry about it, lets see what happens...' but i would like a Dr that acts more informed than i can get reading WebMD. I'm sorry to be sounding harsh--Dr Dallas seems like a nice person but as a professional she has always had issues with being on time and being patronizing with patients. I am glad she is working on timeliness.
*Dr. Dallas is the best health provider I have ever had!
I felt like this was my first appt. with this doctor, & we communicated very well together.
very good exam
All very good.
I am completely satisfied about the care from my provider and associated staff at Carle. [...]
very nice doctor
I love Dr. Dallas, she is so caring and keeps me on track. I think she should be recognized for an award. She is great and I feel so comfortable with her, I can talk about anything...
I like Dr. Dallas very much. I feel she is highly competent and has my best interests at heart.
Provider can't keep schedule. When scheduled for an appointment I have come to anticipate 30-60 minute wait.
*Dr. Dallas is wonderful the issues are with wait times on the phones. Wait times to get in with providers - especially on referral when there are serious health issues & concerns.
My care provider is excellent in every way.
Sometimes I have to wait a bit longer than expected, but I know that Dr. Dallas spends as much time with me as I need and I have to assume that she is doing the same for another patient. I'd rather have to wait than to feel rushed and ignored. Dr. Dallas makes sure that I receive the best care from her. Great doctor.
