*Dr. Harms is THE BEST.
*Dr. Harms was kind, very professional, very thorough.
*Dr. Harms was very thorough and knowledgeable. His suggestions for treatment were do able and, hopefully, bring about results that I desire without having surgery.

*Dr. Harms listened to everything I had to say and then disregarded what I had said and proceeded to babble verbatim information that is readily available by simple research. I need in depth RECENT information regarding my condition. I can read textbook information from 20 to 30 years ago myself. [...] I was truly hoping this one would have more current information and be able to tell me more than I already know. I honestly think I could educate him regarding my diagnosis. I'm very disappointed.
The good was *Dr. Harms told it truthfully with no hesitation and put the cards on the table what to expect and what my options were, and what his job is, not to prescribe more narcotics!
very personable, very polite, very knowledgeable, excellent verbal communication - made everything easy to understand
i learned nothing more than i already knew [...] didnt really help any
All very good -
