The Optometric Technicians at Carle are happy to assist you with contact lens ordering. Since we require pre-payment for all contact lens orders and are unable to obtain credit card information through a secure site here, we request that you call us directly at (217) 383-3718. We will collect credit card information over the phone or if you prefer to pay in person, you may stop by the department on South Clinic 3rd floor. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Contact lens prescriptions are generally good for two years from the date written. If your prescription is expired, you will need to be seen for an eye exam with your Optometrist. To schedule an appointment or for other general questions, you may call our main department line at (217) 383-3150, option 1. Thank you!
