Expert care for your child

From a minor cold or routine checkup to developmental issues, our team of pediatricians and specialists works together to care for children up to age 18. As one of the only providers of developmental medicine in downstate Illinois, our specialists combine compassion and expertise to evaluate, diagnose and treat disorders such as autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

School & Sports Physicals and Kindergarten Eye Exams

It's always a good idea to plan ahead for your child's school or sports physical, or kindergarten eye exam. All children entering Kindergarten, 6th or 9th grade are required to have a school physical before the start of their school year. And any child who plans to participate in a school sport must have a sports physical on file. The Carle Mobile Health Clinic is also available in locations throughout the Champaign-Urbana area and can provide walk-in school and sports physicals for any community member in need.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling your Carle location, or by logging onto your child's MyCarle account. Parents and/or guardians must be present for school and sports physicals. Eye examinations can be scheduled by calling (217) 383-3150.

Unit 4 parents, visit the Champaign Unit 4 School District website for more information on scheduling your child’s school or sports physical.
