School and Sports Physicals
Carle Health providers are ready to complete physicals required for students entering Kindergarten, 6th and 9th grades, as well as student athletes playing on a school sports team. Schedule your school or sports physical now with your primary care provider (PCP). Sports physicals are also available at our Convenient Care and First Care locations.
Well-child Visits
Well child visits are regular healthcare checkups for healthy children to monitor their growth and development. During the first few years of your child's life, your child should have several well-child visits with their primary care provider. From ages 3-21, well-child visits happen yearly and are an integral part of tracking growth and development, and catching any health issues early.
