Carle Inclusion Connection Groups

You deserve a work experience where you can meet with other professionals across diverse teams, share your experiences, learn, grow and influence an inclusive healthcare culture. Our Carle Inclusion Connection (CIC) group program provides team members opportunities for Professional growth, mentorship and ways to connect their identities with the work we do every day.

At Carle Health, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where diverse voices and talents can thrive.

Group members gather regularly, share professional development resources and coordinate service projects. At the quarterly CIC Leaders Council, co-leads discuss group priorities, updates and feedback with senior and executive leadership.
