4.6 out of 5 (45 Ratings, 6 Comments)

Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

Dr. McGinn is wonderful and I appreciate the time that he spends with us every time we are in the office. I never feel as though we are being rushed out the door and he takes the time to answer all of my questions.

Poor explanations, very hard to follow at times. he would "rant" and we felt as though we would have to repeat our question or try to figure out his response. I believe he jumped to conclusions ...

*Dr. McGinn was very polite and explained everything he was assessing for.
