Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

he was hard to understand. I am hoping he understood me and my concerns he is a hard person to follow at times and not real sure if I got through to him. He is a great doctor just wish we both understood each other more. Real worried about my condition.

*Dr. Chen is wonderful.

Dr. Chen is kind, thorough, and explains my disease and prognosis in a way I can understand. He seems to have my best interest at heart.

If it weren't for me asking questions *Dr. Chen would have been done in 5 minutes or less. He didn't do any meaningful tests to further diagnose my symptoms.
