Research & Clinical Trials

For more than 30 years, Carle has advanced medicine by offering patients access to treatment options known as clinical trials. These research initiatives offer new insight into how to combat a disease, demonstrate new ways of thinking about treatment, and possible cures. Other clinical trials target treatment side effects and cancer prevention.

Currently, Carle is participating in more than 70 clinical trials for a variety of conditions. All participants must meet eligibility requirements and give written consent prior to enrolling. If you are interested in taking part in a clinical trial, contact your physician or the cancer research group at Carle at (217) 383-3516.
